I love that you want to explore this, and I’m laughing because I thought—between you, me, and your sister—that I would be the most likely to do this kind of thing. 😆 I think it will be awesome to see how you further include what you’ve learned over the last several years through science with what you’ve known of faith your whole life and how these two things support this new venture altogether. The books all sound fascinating, too. I definitely want to read Discarded Image after we finish Planet Narnia. Only a few months ago I was thinking and judging disparagingly of astrology! Haha. 😄 But it was like a switch went on in me! It is so bizarre! I think with Lewis’ writings and everything we have been learning from Planet Narnia, just kind of reoriented everything for me so that everything became aligned all at once and made sense with perfect clarity! Astrology is symbolism and pattern, and that is something we’ve had since we were kids! ☺️ And yes! It is an absolutely perfect intersection! It is taking all the things I am passionate about and manifesting them into something outward and within the world/nature! There is still a lot I am unsure about or what even all means, but it is really fascinating and exciting!
Yes! I hope to read more of Discarded Image at some point. I just read the part where he talks about the planets, which is really short and a quick read! It is helpful for context in reading Planet Narnia, as he already quotes from it. ☺️

What I’ve come to understand and embrace is that every aspect of creation has the job of telling the story of truth and love that God writes, the stars obviously included.
